What’s the catch?
There isn’t one. We want you to do a fair and honest, no pressure evaluation of our software. There is no credit card required to sign up. Sales people will not call you. You can even use a fake name if you want (although we can’t recommend this long term for record integrity).
Is this a Demo or Trial?
No. Suppliers, Customers, and Nonconformance modules are free. Forever. There are no feature limitations.
How can a quality management system be free?
Lots of systems include “free” trials or demos. Our system works on a freemium model - half of the modules are completely free, and half are a low monthly subscription. The full deal. We did this for two reasons:
People don’t really evaluate Free Trials. The pressure of the trial period ending, and the risk of losing work and time invested, deters users from freely using the system.
We want customers to grow with the system. You can use our Suppliers, Customers, and Nonconformance modules for 3 months, or 3 years, without paying a dime. You can put in as many records as you want and manage, evaluate, and approve your heart out. The purchase of additional modules, as your company and quality system grow, is completely optional.
$10? Per user? Per month for the Audits Module?
We encourage users to evaluate pricing of similar QMS products. We believe you will find you could use our system for 20 years and not approach even the upfront licensing costs of other systems.
We did our homework. Other “budget” systems on the market are essentially online spreadsheets without approval cycles or electronic signatures primarily targeted at ISO 9001 and below. FreeQMS is a full featured electronic quality management system with group participation approval cycles and 21 CFR Part 11 electronic signatures designed to help customers achieve compliance in the most challenging regulatory areas.
A small business can use the Suppliers module for free, and purchase 5 user licenses of the Audits module, and have complete electronic management of Supplier and Audit records, including 21 CFR Part 11-compliant electronic signature approval cycles, for about the same monthly cost as an entry level home internet connection.
