The Complaints Module comes standard with all of FreeQMS’ general capabilities - Review changes made with a detailed, module-wide history log. Accurately link your complaints to the appropriate CAPA or nonconformance. Create and receive tasks for specific complaints, on a tiered permission basis, so as to never let an assignment slip under the radar. All of this, and much more, make for a versatile Complaints Module adequate enough for any size of business.
