New Video - Complaints Module Quick Feature!

Welcome to the introduction of yet another complete module in FreeQMS! Today we are happy to introduce our free EQMS software's new Complaints Module - complete with Feedback, as well as Reportable Complaints. We'll give a brief example, as well as a summary of the basic features of the module. More in-depth tutorials will come soon!
